Cold Springs Farm produces quality heirloom, rare & even commercially extinct varieties of vegetables, fruit, and herbs. Located just north of Weatherford, TX, Cold Springs Farm entered the NRCS Organic EQIP program in 2009. The farm is a pioneer in sustainable agriculture methods and is involved in many research projects.

Purchase your share of the 2012 WINTER CSA session NOW. There are 35 shares for the winter session. Scheduled to start in DECEMBER (weather permitting).
Basic vegetable share is 8 weeks at $40, starting in DECEMBER, for a total of $320. Egg shares are additional $40 and are limited during the winter months as egg production drops dramatically during those months. The CSA doesn't operate during the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's, BUT there are pre-packed boxes available for those of you that will be in town for the holidays!

jars (approx. 2 pounds of honey), one jar of wildflower honey and one jar of
buckwheat honey! Price is $35 which includes free delivery or shpping in the
continental U.S.
10% of the price goes to REAL School Gardens, the Tarrant Area Food Bank, or
BRIT (Botanical Research Institute of Texas), Your choice of charity!
